Barracuda X headphones not connecting

I've had them for a month or so and the wireless connection worked well for a while but now it just won't connect. Wiring the headphones in works fine but I'd like to use it wirelessly.

    That's odd. Did you ever get a chance to try it out on a different PC to check it behaves the same? For now, isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use that to look for a way to sort this out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
