I have a Barracuda X that had the plastic start to crack around the swivel point in the headset.  After a few weeks the plastic completely broke off and now the earphones are dangling just from the wire  and are not usable.

 

I tried to go online and get support but I can’t find the serial number (box is gone, and so is the sticker that had the serial number on the headset), so I’m stuck without being able to get past the “enter serial number” part of the online help site.   

I even went to the local Razer store only to be told they couldn’t do anything, and I have to go through the online system.  how can I get an RMA when I can’t even get a hold of anyone through the support portal??

 

please help.
