I'm facing the same issues as the ones related in this topic with the mic... when i'm having a conversation with someone, it seems that the mic is disconnecting and connecting all the time... (battery is fully charged, and it happens with the dongle directly connected to he pc, and also with the adapter.)

Also, I'm also facing blue screen issues (WatchDog TIMEOUT) in my laptop since I installed the latest software.
And finally, when I try to install the last firmware, your app never detects the headset....
