Barracuda X - mic then left audio problems

Hi, I have a Razer Barracuda X headset and last week the microphone stopped working. And then today, the left audio is mixed into the right ear ... so instead of stereo I have R and L channels in the Right ear.

    Update: I just took the USB dongle and plugged it into my phone and am getting the same result. I am only getting audio from the right speaker and both R and L channels are being sent to that right speaker. Given that it is happening with both PC and my phone, that seems to rule out a driver problem (I also earlier tried removing the device from device manager and reinstalling it... same result). Help!

    That's odd. Did you try performing the steps from this article? Allow me to initiate an investigation regarding the headset's audio concern by sending me a PM including its serial number. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
