Just recently purchased the Razer Barracuda X and it works audios fine even on my phone mic works everything works but with my pc the mic doesn't work for some reason I've tried Bluetooth and the usb dongle I'm not sure what to do here I've disabled the enhancements and I've installed the surround sound even adjusted the sound setting in my pc settings any fix on this or should I get a refund

I figured it out. So I had to go to my PC settings and go to sound privacy and enable access to apps and it worked after that.
