barracuda X not charging

I bought the barracuda X less than a month ago, the first time I put them on charge, they charged perfectly, but after two days of use without charging it asked me to charge meanwhile I put it on charge for 3 hours it charged up to the 39%/40% that I had seen in the razer sound application meanwhile I let it charge for another 2 hours and its battery did not go up it was always at 39% and when it is charging the headphones always try to give pairing or it is flashing green light and then it turns red again can someone help me I don't know what to do if I should change it or not !!!!
