Barracuda X not connecting | Razer Insider

I used my Razer Barracuda X headset with the pc dongle connected to a laptop USB Type- c port. I turned off my pc, and used the headset with the included 3.5mm headphone jack in the product box with my phone. In the morning after I had left the headset on the counter, I saw something unusual, the indicator was solidly light up red, which means that the battery had ran out, which is odd because it shows that the headset didn't automatically turn off (which it always does) after not detecting any wireless connection. I left it to charge for a couple of hours and went off with my day. After that, I removed the charger, the indicator was solidly light up green, took them, and tried to use them wirelessly on my laptop but there was no audio. I tried restarting them, but didn't hear the tone that always plays indicated that they are on/off or hearing the slight hussing sound when they are on full volume, which let me to believe I had them muted, but that wasn't the case. I tried them with the 3.5mm cable and they worked, but refuse to do so with the wireless dongle.
