I've had a Barracuda X headset for about 7 months and its been working great. All of the sudden the headset will no longer pair with the USB-C wireless transceiver. I have tried using the pairing utility using different USB ports and different computers all together. I've also tried updating the firmware and repeating the pairing utility on different USB ports and different computers all together. None of this has worked. I've seen several other people with this same issue and haven't yet seen a resolution. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
For anyone interested, you can start a return here: https://www.razer.com/legal/returns-refunds . This starts the process where Razer will help you troubleshoot initially. In my case they opted to replace with new headphones. The process too awhile (about a month in total) but I now have new working headphones.
