hello, i’m writing here because i have a question, more of a issue and this is my first time getting a wireless headset, i’ve been trying to connect my Barracuda X Headset for the past 4 hours to my Playstation 5 and nothing has been working, i plugged in my dongle as well and it hasn’t been working. whenever i try to connect it, it says on my screen that “the ps5 doesn’t support wireless audio devices” which makes me confused because i know this headset is compatible with a playstation. do i need to get a bluetooth adapter and plug it into my ps5 for it to finally connect?

The Razer Barracuda X is designed to be compatible with Android devices, PCs, PS4, Switch (wired and wireless), and Xbox (wired). Unfortunately, it does not have official support for PS5, but we received reports from other users noting that it works for them.
