Barracuda X USB-C dongle not being detected by windows

I purchased a Barracuda X headset the other day and was able to charge it up and then plug it into my PC and start using it with no problems. I also tested it out on my Switch and phone as well without any issues. Today however, I went to plug in the dongle to my PC and it won't connect to my headset. Windows makes the sound for when a new device is connected however in the device manager it just shows up as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and doesn't show up as an output device in my sound settings. My device S/N is: AC122D17513198 I've already checked to make sure that all of the drivers on my PC are updated. It also still seems to connect and work fine on any other devices that I try it with. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm currently running through these steps: https://softwarekeep.com/help-center/how-to-fix-device-descriptor-request-failed-unknown-usb-device-in-windows-10 So far nothing has worked but you may have better luck.

UPDATE: I've verified that the device still works on other PCs. I have just done a full Windows reset and the bluetooth dongle is still not being recognized.

Does your computer detect your headset when using it via a 3.5mm audio jack? I would like to take a closer look and assist you further. Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I'll pick it up from there.
