Barracuda X USB-C dongle not being detected by windows

I purchased a Barracuda X headset the other day however, when I went to plug in the dongle to my PC and it won't connect to my headset. Windows makes the sound for when a new device is connected however in the device manager it just shows up as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" and doesn't show up as an output device in my sound settings.

    Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Is it possible for you to connect your device to a different computer and check if it yields the same issue? Do send me the serial number of your Barracuda X via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and assist you further. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
