Barracuda x wireless headset problem

Hello I have recently bought a baraccuda x and it was working perfectly at the start but the last days it shows that is connected even though i have not plugged in the type c in the pc which means the blue light is not blinking to indicate that is searching for pairing with a device .The same it does to the mobile with type c receptor . I tried as many ways as i could to check and with sound settings but the problem remains. Maybe it has a pairing problem i don t know but is there any way to fix this because maybe there is something that i have not tried yet.

Try performing the steps from this article. Also, ensure that the headset is not remembered in your device's Bluetooth memory by clearing it and trying to re-establish its connection via wireless.
