Barracuda x wireless headset problem

I have recently bought a baraccuda x and it was working perfectly at the start but the last days it shows that is connected even though i have not plugged in the type c in the pc which means the blue light is not blinking to indicate that is searching for pairing with a device .The same it does to the mobile with type c receptor . I tried as many ways as i could to check and with sound settings but the problem remains. Maybe it has a pairing problem i don t know but is there any way to fix this because maybe there is something that i have not tried yet.

Also, ensure that the headset is not remembered in your device's Bluetooth memory by clearing it and trying to re-establish its connection via wireless.
