The bottom DPI button works fine, the top button is not responding.
I've updated firmware, reinstalled drivers and synapse 3 and tried on another computer. No luck.
I was able to map the top DPI button to the button that's on the underside of the mouse and adjust the DPI setting that way but wondering if there is a fix I'm missing or is my mouse broken?
