I just got this as a christmas present! I'm super excited as my keyboard and headset are all same brand. I'm happy to say I've never had an issue with any product...until today.



It's plugged in, I downloaded Synapse 3 as per the instructions...and it doesn't respond at all. it doesn't light up, show up in Synapse or even respond when it's plugged in. I do know it works, as the light was on until the computer went through the BiOS screen when it was first plugged in.



any Ideas? I'm very new to having built my first PC (and even saying that feels like a stretch) and I could easily be overlooking something.
