Windows 10 Pro 1909 fails to detect Basilik Ultimate charging dock. It failed to detect it during initial Synapse 3 installation. Randomly it detected and functional during 3.5.331 update. With the docking function working, it was nice to monitor the battery level. It worked for couple days and it is stop working.
The device is getting Code 10 error (insufficient system resources exist to complete the API). I have uninstalled the device under Device Manager and reinstalled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse program. I even tried with all other USB devices disconnected.
Any suggestion?
