Basilik X hyperspeed pointer does not move

I have a basilik x hyperspeed that is in a computer I don’t use much. The other day I went to use the computer and the mouse pointer does not move. I tried 2.4GHz and bluetooth.

I have an identical mouse on another computer that gets the same amount of use, and that one works. The batteries are new.

I am on windows 10 and 11. I installed the synapse app from razer to check the mouse connectivity. I was able to pair it with bluetooth and see it on the synapse app. But the pointer does not move.

What can I do ?

    Hey ​@daniel.dlds,

    Can you test the mouse on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the sensor issue.
