Basilisk Connection Issue with Dock

Hello, I started encountering an issue recently where if I plug the USB dongle from my Basilisk into the dock, I get a "USB not recognized" error from Windows. It works fine if I plug it directly into a USB slot, so I'm not sure what's going on here. It's not any particular USB slot either, the dongle works when directly connected to any to them and the dock doesn't work. Also the dock is correctly showing up in Synapse & is charging the mouse when docked, so it's definitely receiving power. Any ideas?

There's not much that we can do to test this. But you can plug in a phone or a USB drive into the port on the dock to test if it is capable of data transfer. If not, then it needs to be replaced. Do send me the serial number of the mouse and dock so I can verify the warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
