Why is there no straight answer on how to get a replacement dongle.. I mean at this point its silly.. You cant find any info.. Its not in the store... even on the forums every message looks like someone wants them to pm their serial.. What is the problem.. Mine hasnt worked in 6 months and everytime I remember to look for it is a rabbit hole.

    Hi Kimsnow1608. I need to create a case and forward it to our RMA Team for a spare part request. PM me the serial number so I can validate the model of your mouse and include it in my documentation. Include your region so I can check the availability.
