Basilisk Pro Wireless Mouse not working at all

My Basilisk Pro Wireless Mouse stopped working completely for no reason.  There are no lights at all when charging now.  I tried to reset it by holding down left, right, scroll wheel when turning it on but nothing happens. 

Why would it just die like this?

my bal 35k pro worked fine. after 2 days the scroll wheel stopped working.

i sent it back and they send me a video where it works.

so i think it synapse 4. i get it back in a few days, see if i can get it working.

if not i guess its money out the window
