I recently payed $160 for a new Basilisk Ultimate, and to my surprise the mouse only hold a charge for about 4-5 hours of play time, not anywhere close to what's advertised. And also to my surprise I have been disregarded by E-mails and Live Chat for the last 9 DAYS. I just want this mouse to work as intended, here I am once again putting my faith in Razer and they've let me down.
