Basilisk Ultimate ISSUE :(

Hello. I've been using my basilisk ultimate for around 6 months (Bought new) , and suddenly the mouse has completely stopped working, the dock lights up and its recognised in synapse but the mouse is not recognised or responding in ANYthing. I tried connecting it to straight with the cable, tried to clean the pins on the dock & the back of the mouse. Nothing happens it just sits there, dead.. Can someone help me please is there anything I should check? Thanks in advance Nick
