i have the basilisk ultimate and whenever i have it on and plugged in using the wireless USB it never picks up that the mouse is on Ive tried reinstalling synapse, upgrading to synapse 4, restarting my computer, downloading new drivers to the mouse, factory reset on the mouse and it doesn't work unless plugged in by cable

Can you download the Mouse Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
