Basilisk Ultimate V2 Not charging, isn't recognized and doesn't seem to turn on


My Basilisk Ultimate V2 (Wireless) doesn't seem to turn on, isn't recognized by the computer (only the usb dongle seems to be recognized), doesn't seem to be charging via usb (I don't have a charging dock so I cannot test it). The product is still in warranty, worked fine until about two weeks ago when I thought it wouldn't start because of a drained battery, but that doesn't seem to be the case as I let it charge (I am not sure it actually charged though) for a couple of hours. I tried another laptop, every usb port, I connected it directly with the cable and with the dongle, I even tried the usb adapter that the mouse came with, I have reset the razer synapse, reinstalled the drivers, made sure the usbs aren't hibernating for battery saving. I would like to know if there is anything else I could try before sending it to warranty.
