I'm having an issue with the mouse. The double left click isn't good, maybe I can say it's not working. Could you please help me how to fix it? Because I just buy it yesterday and feeling bad to spent my money on it. Also, I can't use micro because I'm playing Fortnite and it's not allowed on the game. Please help!

This is true. You can get banned if you use micro or turbo clicks using Synapse 3.0.
