Basilisk V2 Scroll Issue
It appears Razer can't product a reliable scroll wheel. My scroll is buggy as hell. It bounces up and down while scrolling, making it extremely frustrating. I went through the horrid RMA process, then they say they cannot dispatch to my address for some frivolous reasons. I get pissed off and abandon the process (they are probably very happy at this point). Later on, I get pissed off again by this issue and go to start a new case, because they won't let you re-open the existing one (no surprise here). I try to open a new case and I get this message: "Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty". It was bought on March 16, 2021, on Amazon.com. Razer's Limited Warranty table says "2 Years". As far as I know, we are not passed two years since that date, so why am I getting that message?
