Basilisk V2 Scroll Issue

It appears Razer can't product a reliable scroll wheel. My scroll is buggy as hell. It bounces up and down while scrolling, making it extremely frustrating. I went through the horrid RMA process, then they say they cannot dispatch to my address for some frivolous reasons. I get pissed off and abandon the process (they are probably very happy at this point). Later on, I get pissed off again by this issue and go to start a new case, because they won't let you re-open the existing one (no surprise here). I try to open a new case and I get this message: "Your product is no longer covered by Razer's Limited Warranty". It was bought on March 16, 2021, on Amazon.com. Razer's Limited Warranty table says "2 Years". As far as I know, we are not passed two years since that date, so why am I getting that message?

If you bought it through Amazon - I'd RMA it amazon.

Yesterday, I talked to a rep who was a bit vague about my warranty, but still, he escalated it and said I'd get an email within 24/48 hours. I did get one now. They claim Amazon.com (as in "Sold by Amazon") is not an authorized reseller, so my warranty is not covered by Razer.com. Strange how they didn't even mention that the first time I addressed them with the warranty, in July. Last time I'm getting a Razer. It's the last time I'm getting a Razer. What a terrible experience for a $40 mouse.
