Basilisk V2 Scroll Wheel Problems?

I recently bought my Razer Basilisk V2 mouse and the scroll wheel seems to be having problems scrolling down. For example, I try to scroll down and it works for a couple of seconds, then it just freezes. Also worth noting is that the scroll wheel up always works. I have tried blowing on the mouse wheel with compressed air and have also tried plugging it into different ports and neither of those works. I have never missed scrolling down more. :frown_:
