Basilisk V3 Buttons no Longer Work while Synapse is Running. | Razer Insider

I don't know entirely when I noticed this, but here recently a select few buttons on the Basilisk V3 mouse stop working only when Synapse is running. The buttons in question, based on their default functions, are the Sensitivity Clutch, Scroll Mode Toggle, Cycle Up Sensitivity, and Cycle Up Profile. Even if they are rebound to other buttons, they just cease function entirely as if they were not there.

If I use Task Manager to kill Synapse 3, the buttons begin to work again as they would using their default functions, however, I require that Synapse 3 be running due to audio configurations, macros, and rebinds on a Tartarus V2. I have tried to reset the mouse in Synapse to no avail, and then tried to fresh install the mouse and not only has that not fixed the problem, now Synapse will not re-install it properly and Windows just sees it as a generic pointing device.

I would love some assistance because I frequently used the clutch as a hypershift button.

I am running the current public build of Windows 10, and Synapse 3 is version 3.6.1215.121004
