Basilisk V3 causes the Human Interface Device to do high CPU load

Hi, I have Basilisk V3 and it causes the Human Interface Device service to go crazy and consume the entire 1 core, causing the CPU to boost all the time.
It behaves the same in all USB ports.
Other used peripherals are Barracuda Pro and Alienware AW410K keyboard.
When I disconnect the mouse it immediately stops and starts as soon as I connect it.
Running Windows 10 22H2 on Ryzen 5600
Everything is updated, including firmware.

This may not help you, but i’d like to express the same problem.

At first i thought it was Razer Synapse, because there are a lot of threads describing the same problem in correlation with the software.

But uninstalling Razer Synapse didn’t change a thing. Only if i unplug the Razer Basilisk v3 the CPU usage of the HID-service drops back to normal. Now i have to use my half-broken Roccat mouse again, which is sad, because i enjoy the haptics of the Basilisk a lot more.

It looks solved now. I’m not sure what exactly helped but I uninstalled a lot of things.
Mainly following:
all Asus Aura and other Asus stuff
all USB devices,  I had many debuggers like J-Link and so
and Busdog Driver
and some more misc stuff as it is mainly a testing developer computer
