Basilisk V3 - how to change buttons mapping in game?

Hello :-) I have Basilisk V3 mouse and i would like to change the sensitivity clutch button to be mouse button 4. I can do it in the synapse app but it has no effect on my game (Apex Legends). Any idea why? Can it actually be done? Also, the free skin button and dpi change button does not seems to work. Not sure why, I may did something in the software but i do not see what. Thanks, Mike

    Have you tried replicating the behavior by logging out from your Razer ID, then signing back as a guest user? Also, does the button reassignment happens in other games or applications? Please send me your computer's MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the link in your PM.
