Hello, so today my razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed mouse suddenly started moving slowly down on it's own on my screen, I'm unable to move it anymore myself.
I cleaned it changed surfaces tried to reconnect it, but the problem persist, I don't know what else I could do.

Can you test your mouse on another computer to see if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the sensor issue you're currently experiencing.
