Interesting read!

Just purchased a faulty one with this issue and interested to see if waiting it out just allows it to work!

I highly recommend returning it and purchasing a different product brand (if that option is available). Razer’s RMA process is inept, and I wouldn’t wish that ordeal upon anyone.

I’m still experiencing these issues. Nothing has changed. I also had a couple of problems while using the keyboard & mouse with Windows 10. I currently dual boot Linux & Windows 11 Pro (I despise Windows 11, even with the recent updates).

I suspect that Razer is well aware of these faulty/defective and/or non-compliant devices, which is why an actual solution hasn’t been achieved.

A simple & effective method would be to refund customers their money, however Razer does not comprehend such a concept.
