Hi I have updated my Deathstalker v2 Pro TKL to the latest version v1.07.00_r1 in the hopes that they fixed the Printscreen button not working if Synapse is not running. They didn’t! And now I have a new problem.
I used to have my keyboard and mouse grouped together on the same Hyperspeed Dongle (the one from the keyboard), so I thought I might redo the pairing such in the hopes that it fixes the Printscreen button issue. However, after unpairing the Basilisk I don’t seem to be able to remake the connection to the TKL’s dongle. The mouse is not being found/seen.
I also tried pairing the keyboard to the mouse’s dongle but was unsuccessful (also not being detected). The devices work ok with their respective dongles though, so I got that going for me at least… (:-))
Anyone know of a reliable method that is known to work? Currently I have been trying with the HYPERSPEED MULTI-DEVICE PAIRING UTILITY in Synapse 4.0.
