Basilisk V3 Pro Not connecting

My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is not connecting to any device. I tried it with the cable, dongle and bluetooth but nothing worked. If I start my rezer mouse the logo and the scroll wheel lights up red and when I turn it off the lights still show for 10 seconds. On the bottom it shows a gradient from red over yellow, green to blue. I tried updating my mouse firmware but the tool couldn’t find my mouse. I updated my dongle. My windows 11 pro is fully updated. I tried reinstalling all Razer apps. On a different computer also nothing worked. My mouse still has warranty, but i got it as a gift and I got no receipt. Yesterday my Mouse worked completely fine.
