The tactile scrolling mode doesn't work, at one point it just stopped working. You can hear the switch clicking but nothing happens

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try updating its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
