Hello. I have a basilisk V3 pro and since first day the scroll down seems to fail a lot and if I wobble de mouse when it doesn't work the sensor detects it and works. I've seen online that it's a problem on all V3 pro basilisk. Is there any solution. I love the mouse and I know if I return and they'll give me a new one with the same problem!! Help!

    Hello thebodycount,

    Is the scroll wheel hard to turn or stuck in a certain way? Does the issue persist with the Razer Synapse closed or disabled? Let’s isolate the issue by performing the troubleshooting laid out below:

    • Please make sure the mouse is directly connected to your PC USB port and not to a USB hub. 
    • If it's already connected directly to the computer, try a different USB port.
    • Let’s check if any software is causing the issue. Try to close or disable the Razer Synapse 3 and check if the problem happens.
    • If the issue persists without Synapse, try to uninstall the mouse drivers here.
