Basilisk V3 Scroll on Lift or Quick Movement

This is my second Basilisk V3 mouse.  I RMA’d the first one via Razer, but the new one is doing the exact same thing.  Any sort of lift or quick side to side movement of the mouse causes it to erratically scroll which is extremely problematic in games.  I do have a SteelSeries QcK Prism RGB Gaming Mouse Pad - 3XL Cloth, but using the Razer software I “calibrated” the surface.  I have also tried on default.

  • I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse software.
  • I have used a “traditional” mousepad.

I need help before I abandon Razer altogether!

Hey Steve,

have the same problem with my 3 months old basilisk v3.

When i ift it, it either scrolls up or down. More often down than up.

I reinstalled synapse and calibrated my mousepad. I opened the mouse and cleaned it completely. 

Still Scrolling problems.
