I took the razer basilisk from my friend last night... It was completely fine and working till yesterday when I came home and plugged it into my laptop, it worked for a few minutes and then disconnected and now it’s not working. Claiming warranty on razer products in India is a headache IDK what to do now I’ve tried everything from reinstalling razer synapse to trying the mouse on a different device.

Hey,
Does your PC’s device manager detect your mouse? Try to reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
