Basilisk V3 tactile scrolling stopped working

This just started today, first time I’ve had the issue.

It happened in the middle of playing a game (Stardew Valley). Nothing else going on, just started free-scrolling. New profile, dis/reconnect, pc restart. Nothing has worked.  Please help!
