Basilisk V3 wired rz01-0400 blinking and not detected on any device

Hello,

 

My basilisk v3 rz01-0400  just stopped working a few days ago.

 

The mouse keeps blinking intermittently and connects briefly and disconnects immediately non stop.

 

I’ve tried doing a clean reinstall of synapse after uninstalling all razer related drivers but the issue persists.

 

I cannot install any firmware update because when the prompt to connect the device appears the install button is only briefly clickable and even if i manage to click it, it automatically fails because the mouse disconnects.

The mouse doesnt work on any device, synapse or not.

 

 Is there any other option available to try?

What about trying it on a different computer? If it’s detected then you can proceed updating its firmware. Send me a PM if that didn’t work along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check for other troubleshooting steps.
