My wife got me this new Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed for my birthday. Went to use it and plugged in the dongle and let it download and do its thing. Immediately the mouse started behaving erratically (cusor/pointer would shoot across the screen uncontrollably) and I can’t seem to find anything that can help me get it to behave normally. Please help.
