Basilisk X Hyperspeed 2.4 ghz dongle not working.

hello support/all its been some time my razer basilisk x hyperspeed when select 2.4 to connect to it will not find it or cant connect through it. Bluetooth works fine, Firmwares are updated and i have tried on 2 different pcs, still no luck.

    Ensure that your PCs Windows OS and Intel Drivers are updated. Did you also try the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility? Should the issue persist, please contact our Support Team through this link or send me a PM so I can help you initiate an investigation.

    Be sure, that dongle is directly connected into motherboard to at least USB 3.0 port (or above), avoiding any USB hubs. Also try mouse pairing utility as @Razer.Speedcr0ss mentioned.
