Basilisk X Hyperspeed 2.4 ghz dongle not working.

its been some time my razer basilisk x hyperspeed when select 2.4 to connect to it will not find it or cant connect through it. Bluetooth works fine, Firmwares are updated and i have tried on 2 different pcs, still no luck.

C0mm4nderEnsure that your PCs Windows OS and Intel Drivers are updated. Did you also try the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility? Should the issue persist, please contact our Support Team through this link or send me a PM so I can help you initiate an investigation.

+1C0mm4nderBe sure, that dongle is directly connected into motherboard to at least USB 3.0 port (or above), avoiding any USB hubs. Also try mouse pairing utility as @Razer.Speedcr0ss mentioned.
