hello, my razer basilisk x hyperspeed doenst function while using 2.4GHz, i my pc keep telling me USB device not recognize, my synapse not showing my mouse when i using 2.4 GHz ( now i using bluetooth ). i tried every solution that i found here, but still not working ;.;

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, feel free to send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
