Basilisk X hyperspeed

I got the basilisk x hyperspeed last Christmas 2023. I got as ps5 and I tried connecting my mouse to my ps5 with the adaptor and when I go to play Fornite my mouse is not working properly. The cursor would shift very lightly to the top left of my screen. I did everything that chat gpt told me to after telling Ai the problems I’m experiencing. I switched my mouse to 2.4 to connect my mouse but that didn’t work. I also changed the usb port and that didn’t work. I also reset the mouse by holding the Dpi Button and the left click button together for about 10  seconds and it still didn’t work. I connected my mouse to my brothers Xbox series X and the cursor still wasn’t moving properly. This mouse worked on my ps4 last year but all of a sudden it would not work when I play with it on my ps5 on Fornite. The mouse isn’t working for any games I try to play and it would continue to just shift to the top left slowly. I did everything I could think of and nothing works so I decided to contact support and give that a try. Hopefully you guys can help me.
