Basilisk X Hyperspeed connection issues

My basilisk X Hyperspeed I’ve had for around a year has been having an issue lately where it will disconnect every few seconds and I have to turn it off and on a few times, which makes it almost unusable. It’s not a battery issue because the sensor light is always on. I’ve tried the official razer support and it was flat out not available because my warranty was over and I tried the razer discord server to which I only got a few replies telling me to go to razer support. So how do I fix this? I’ve tried a new battery, different USB port, different pc, cleaning sensor, and nothing seems to work.
