I seem to have lost my dongle for my mouse after attaching it to my laptop. How can I go about getting a replacement?

    Sorry to hear about that! I checked the official online store of Razer, and it seems like there is no available dongle for your Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed yet. For that reason, I will check our system to see if a dongle for your device is available. Please send me a PM with the serial number to check the dongle for your device.
