Basilisk X Hyperspeed Low Battery

Hi everyone, I bought a Basilisk X Hyperspeed gaming mouse on December 2nd 2020 and I love it! However since a couple of weeks it has started to give me warnings about low battery status. I changed the battery with a full charged one, but the mouse still gave me that warning. Is there any way I can try to fix this? Not only it is quite annoying, but I won't know when the battery is really low and then the mouse may suddently die in the middle of a game. As I am a passionate FPS player (Overwatch, Apex Legends) it would be frustrating if that happened in a competitive match. Thank you for the support!
