Basilisk X Hyperspeed not working

My Basilisk X Hyperspeed stopped working, it is detected by bluetooth but not on the razer synapse app. The cursor move a tiny bit and i tried reinstalling the drivers and updating the firmware but it still does not work.
Can anyone help me solve this problem ?

    Try clean reinstall if you haven’t tried it yet:

    1. Uninstall Synapse
    2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    3. Then restart your PC
    4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

    Also you can try using new Synapse 4 if you haven’t tried it yet: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4

    “Cursor move by a tiny bit” - maybe DPI settings were changed to some low value?
