Hi there, I've purchased Blade 15 on Dec. 20, 2019. Now, the battery is swollen (See attachment). I wonder whether I can purchase the battery from your store?

    Razer does not sell batteries or laptop parts as a replacement. However, the team offers an out-of-warranty repair as long as the unit is not part of our legacy/obsolete products Please send me the serial number of your Razer Blade via PM so I can check its details and help you submit a repair request.
