My touch pad can't be pushed down and I have read other places that it means the battery has bubbled. What do I need to do to get a replacement part. My Laptop is out of the limited Waranty. It appears to be a major issue with All Razer laptops and specifically with my 2019 Blade 15.
Any Suggestions on how I can get this fixed?

PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement battery request. Please share a copy of your receipt as well so I can include it in my documentation. Thanks!
