BATTERY Fin flames Help razer Blade Advanced 2018 lithium battery blew up into flamed

Today i went to disconnect my razer from power only to notice the battery had bulged underneath. As i went to open to check the battery caught fire and literally i had to throw a towel to prevent my flat catching fire. Now I cannot contact Razer support because it is out of warranty. What shall I do. This is unfair on the consumer when clearly there was a fault with the battery and or the charging circuitry. Not only have I lost my laptop i nearly burned down my sofa.
